I was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico and received my B.S. in Chemistry from New Mexico State University. I did my undergraduate research for Professor James Herndon, where I studied the copper and palladium catalyzed formation of amino pyrroles. In October 2016, I joined the Denmark lab where I work on the application of chemoinformatics towards catalyst design. When not in lab, I enjoy cooking, aged whiskey, and complaining about the Midwest’s poor selection of Mexican food.
