I was born and raised in Hong Kong. Currently I am ongoing with my undergraduate studies in the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, B.S. in chemistry. I picked up on organic chemistry and it immediately fascinated me, thus starting my journey as an undergraduate intern in an organic chemistry lab, working on the functionalization of sulfonium salts by using chiral organocatalysts, as well as exploring the possible catalytic capabilities of chiral thiourea. As the university presented us with the opportunity to work with world renowned chemists and learn more about the subject, I decided to join the group as an undergraduate visiting scholar and reach out to new fields of organic chemistry previously unknown to me. In my spare time, I like to listen to music, cycle, and game.
